4.3 No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, including partial months, unused services, or cancellations.

It lasts for the specified period.
At the end of the trial, billing begins unless you cancel.
5. User Responsibilities

Clients retain full ownership of:
Their own data and content
Their uploaded materials
Business information and customer information
We process this data only to provide the Service.
7.3 AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs (“Generated Content”):
Are fully owned by the client,
Except for restrictions required by law or third-party model providers (e.g., OpenAI),
Must be used responsibly and in compliance with these Terms.
Clients are responsible for verifying the accuracy and legality of AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
ASTRYX is not responsible for:
Errors generated by AI
Business decisions made using AI outputs
Losses, damages, or claims resulting from reliance on AI content
Users must apply human oversight when using AI-generated materials.
9. Termination
User Termination
You may cancel your subscription or stop using the Service at any time.
ASTRYX Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account:
For violation of these Terms
For abusive, illegal, or harmful behavior
For non-payment
At any time, for any lawful business reason
Upon termination, access to the Service may cease immediately.
10. AI Usage Restrictions
Clients agree not to use the Service for:
Illegal activities
Violence, harm, abuse, or harassment
Discrimination or hate
Medical, legal, or financial decisions without professional review
High-risk or safety-critical purposes
AI outputs may contain errors, and users must verify accuracy.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
Any dispute must be resolved in the courts of Portugal unless an alternative process is mutually agreed upon.
